Shipping Policy

If your item is in stock, your package will usually ship 1-2 business days after you place your order. Shipping generally takes 2-8 business days depending on your selected method.

NOTE: DUE TO COVID RELATED SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES AND INCREASED SHIPPING VOLUME SOME ORDERS MAY EXPERIENCE SLIGHT DELAYS BEYOND THE SHIPPING WINDOW SELECTED AT CHECKOUT. WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE, BUT WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GET THINGS OUT AND DELIVERED TO YOU AS QUICKLY AS WE CAN :) IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO US AT hola@contodo.life

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we have little control over the package. Your best bet is to contact the shipping company directly (USPS, DHL, or UPS).

Carriers: Generally USPS but on occasion, you may receive your deliveries via UPS or FedEx.

Returns: If approved for a Return, Con Todo will email you a Return Shipping Label to proceed with the process.

Unfortunately, original shipping costs and any shipping insurance are both non-refundable.
